Surprise! Leprechaun Pie

Happy Green Day! This grasshopper pie has been a family tradition ever since I was a little girl. It has tons of marshmallows and an assortment of "over 21 years old only" ingredients. It is FABulous! We call it Leprechaun Pie, named appropriately for the holiday. I don't get this pie every year since I'm married and out of the house...BUT my sweet mom surprised me and made it for me today! Yes, I'm in heaven for awhile.
