MooreMinutes On DESIGN DAZZLE today, plus gift giving ideas and Holiday party ideas!

I'm excited to be sharing TODAY at Design Dazzle's website!  Design Dazzle has been a longtime favorite blog of mine.  A group of bloggers are coming together this season to bring you a LOT of holiday ideas in an event called CHRISTMAS WONDERFUL. I'm excited to be a part of this event!  It's your full resource for DIY projects, crafts, and recipes.

I'm giving a tutorial on Design Dazzle on how to create SUGAR COOKIE KITS.  These unique kits have the dough shaped like an ornament!  They are ideal for gift giving or just an exciting after school activity for the little people in your life.

To read the HOW TO and see all the details, click on over HERE: Christmas Wonderful post on Design Dazzle.

In addition to the Sugar Cookie Dough Ball Ornaments, I'll also be sharing a DIY Tutorial later next week on how to create these Ornament Chocolate Chip Cheesecake balls for Christmas party appetizers!  So check back...

If you're looking for other ideas to bring to Christmas parties or if you're looking for special gifts to give this season,  I have a handful in the archives.

Holiday Fruit and Veggie Wreaths are a beautiful presentation of the buffet line staples: fruits and veggies.  Read the details of the Do-It-Yourself HERE

If you need to bring enough food to feed a crowd, this triple layered, southern Hummingbird cake works!  Read about this idea in the HAPPY COLORS OF CHRISTMAS HERE

About those gifts...

If you want to give something small but special to the people who highlight your life, I have a post that gives details on 4 different ideas: GIFTS OF THE HEART HERE.

And finally, if you want ideas to securely and festively pack a shipping box, see this PRETTY PACKAGES POST HERE.

Finally,

I hope EACH of YOU are loving your December days!  I know it's a mad rush sometimes, but hopefully those stressful full schedules are mixed in with moments to treasure.  Here is a tip to kick off your BUSY month:  Next time you're at the store,
buy a holiday pack of PAPER plates.

PAPER.  PAPER PLATES.

Open your kitchen cupboard door, set the stack of PAPER plates on top of your everyday dishes and use them {just} for the month of December.  Your family will think it's special and fun and YOU won't need to do quite as many dishes.

"It's ok Mom that there is no room on the table to eat, the floor works...and we don't mind eating cereal for dinner out of cups because we don't have enough clean bowls...it's all good, just keep on making merry and doing your busy crazy Christmas thing. Don't worry about us."

So the season goes!
