Wishin and wishin: Holiday List 2011 (and ideas for kids too)

This is my 3rd edition of my holiday wishlist.  These posts are super fun to make. :)
I love pretty things. Soft things. Things that make me smile.
Here is a tiny collection of what I'm batting my eyes and working my pout lips on this year...

This mellow smell of organic vanilla and ginger is so soothing.
The second I smelled it, I went crazy!

This just looks super fun.
Color bugs for an easy and quick party in your hair!

You all know that I LOVE soft and cozy stuff.
Well, actually I more than love soft and cozy stuff...
I'm addicted to soft and cozy stuff
Here are a few new objects of my obsession:

A heaven cloud from

Or luxurious faux fur throws

How adorable are these playful
PomPom pillows and cozies from

And sparkly, shiny pretties always work for this
girly girl.

Sparkler clutch

Putting on the Ritz studs

I recently started knitting (I'm in love)
and I want this bag from etsy
to hold my YARN!

Le Creuset pretty please. :)
This soft lilac is gorgeous.

Ahhh,
I love wishes
and dreams
and pretty things.

And that's a wrap on my top loves for 2011!

I would also like to share a few gifts that I've got my boys for special days,
holding onto sweet simplicity with handmade treasures as gifts.

This is a surprise for this year's Christmas (shhh)

A true tree swing!
I am SO excited about this
and will be sharing more about this handmade swing soon.

These ADORABLE woodland soft ornaments
from etsy will be under our Christmas tree too.

These hot wheel roll ups are so unique and helpful!
I bought them for the boys a few years ago
and they are ideal for when you're on the go.
They keep the kids entertained while waiting at appointments, etc.
They just roll up their little cars and go!

Car Roll Ups from

This last idea is a sweet treat: Gimbals Honey Lover's candy.
They are jelly bean like hearts made with vitiman C and honey! They're just a bit smarter candy choice for the holidays and they will be somewhere in the bottom of my boys' stockings this year.
(Thank you Brandi girl for this idea!)

What's on your special little dream list this year?
I love to hear about unique, beautiful, new ideas.

SO cute!

I've had a hot wheels roll-up for Andrew since he was a wee thing and it's by far the BEST purchase I've made for him! It's saved my sanity when dining out!

Happy Christmas! Here's hoping all your wishes come true :)

Hi Lisa! Hope Santa has a great big sack of these things for you this year!

Love that color of Le Creuset!

I'm right there with you on the love for all that is soft, cuddly, sweetly feminine and a little sparkly so things like the PB poof make me start asking myself how I can MAKE one. I also love the swing because simplicity is sometimes the best thing in life and it conjures great memories of my younger days. I hope that Santa falls to the pouty lips and fluttered eyelashes for you. ;) Have a wonderful holiday!
