Everyone loves a sweet coffee cake on a lazy Sunday morning. I was browsing recipes to find something quick and I found this one on RecipeZaar.com that used Bisquick baking mix to speed the process along. The caramel sauce was like perfect candy (I loved the idea of using vanilla pudding mix in the sauce...I will have to remember that!). However, the cake itself was dry. I wouldn't recommend this recipe, but I would try the sauce on a favorite breakfast bread of yours, apple cobbler, or even over vanilla ice cream!
